I worked very closely with Ben Carty - who runs his own construction company, Boom Build, and also teaches meditation - to create a video for RUOK day which raises awareness for the mental health challenges faced in the Australian construction industry. Released on the @boombuild instagram account with an average views of approx. 2000 per upload, we had over 56,000 views, expanding out to celebrities and influencers liking and sharing on their stories.
"Working in the construction industry can be tough, and I want to spread the important message of being there for each other, and I want to inspire people to start having real, and meaningful conversations with their mates. Mental health illness can affect anyone, so lets look out for each other."
